II  Introduction to the project unit

Taian is one of the eight whole vehicle production areas and one of the eight auto parts production areas determined by the provincial government. Taian takes the high-tech zone as the priority for developing automobile industry. The leading enterprises which promote development of the automobile industry of the city are built in the high-tech zone.

III  Project content and scale of the construction

Taian has 7 scientific research schools which have nearly 200 majors and 100,000 students. Furthermore, it also possesses more than 20 various types of scientific research institutions which have 160,000 professional technicians and 24 secondary vocational schools which have more than 60,000 students. These schools and institutions can satisfy the demand of various types of enterprises for human resources in different levels. Meanwhile, the high-tech zone adopts the “turnkey” engineering for projects in the zone, provides free occupation agency service in the whole process and provides efficient, convenient and high-quality services for Sino and foreign travelers and merchants.

IV  Construction conditions of the project

At present, the high-tech zone has introduced a batch of engineering machinery, automobile and auto parts enterprises such as Hyundai Heavy Industries, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co., Ltd., Taian Aerospace Special Vehicle Co., Ltd., Shuangchi Automobile and Kangli Automobile Air Conditioning Company.

VI  Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

After the automobile and auto parts industrial cluster is formed, the sales income is expected to be 50 billion CNY, and the profit and tax are about 2 billion CNY. At the same time, formation of the cluster can further promote development of the automobile and auto parts industry in the high-tech zone and Taian, relieve employment pressure of local labor force greatly and bring good economic and social benefits.
