Commercial Logistics Park along Inter-city Railroad of Rongcheng Economic Development Zone

II  Introduction to the project unit

Rongcheng Economic Development Zone is approved by Shandong Provincial People's Government to be to the provincial-level economic and technological development zone in December 1992 and is one of the key development zones in export-oriented economic development program of Shandong Province. It is located at easternmost of Shandong Peninsula. Traffic conditions in the zone are convenient, and the highways in the area extend in all directions. There are arterial expressways to Jinan, Qingdao, Yantai and Weihai. Center of the zone is at a distance of 275 kilometers from Qingdao Airport and railway station, 130 kilometers from Yantai Airport and railway station, 20 kilometers from Weihai Airport and 35 kilometers from Weihai railway station. Qingdao-Rongcheng inter-city railroad will be available at the end of 2014, and its terminal station is located at the said development zone.

III  Project content and scale of the construction

The project I is located at south of the western section of Chengshan Avenue, north of Heyang West Road, east of Jiangjun Road and is planned to be commercial and residencial land which occupies an area of 7200 mu (including 5900 mu of available land for construction). It includes the village renovation project of 7 villages which involve 1851 households and 1109 mu of land area around inter-city railroad. The project II is located at north of Heyang West Road and east of Inter-city Railroad Station and occupies an area of 920 mu. It includes removal of the original Rongcheng Chemical Fertilizer Plant and village renovation of Nanjiang Village which involves 500 households. Facilities such as commercial finance facilities, hotels, restaurants and supporting living facilities will be mainly constructed so as to form a comprehensive community integrating residence, trading, service and office. The project will become the landmark building and transportation junction of Rongcheng after constructed.

IV  Construction conditions of the project

At present, the supporint standard of seven accesses and site leveling including water supply, water drainage, electricity, road, communication, natural gas and network are available in the park.
