III Project content and scale of the construction
The total planned area of the park is 5.46 square kilometers. The project is divided into two phases. Planned area of the first phase is 1.85 square kilometers, and that of the second phase is 3.61 square kilometers. The project plans to realize total investment of 16 billion CNY in five years, wherein total investment of the first phase is 2 billion CNY. The first phase of the project is positioned to develop "two bases and one center". The two bases refer to a biological food deep processing and transaction base mainly for Laoling jujubes and a new energy environmental protection automobiles and parts manufacturing and processing base; and one center refers to a spot goods and mid-long-term transaction center concentrating on bulk commodities such as imported wine, non-ferrous metals, basic metals, energy sources, chemical products and biological food. The second phase will construct a special industrial park including a logistics park which is provided with bonded functions, a high and new technology industrial park and an eco-tourism park.
IV Construction conditions of the project
Taking regional and resource advantages of Laoling and realizing comprehensive and multi-field cooperation with the Yellow River Delta area. Functional Zone of Qingdao Bonded Port Area (Laoling) is planned to be built into a new energy industrial base, a deep processing base for agricultural and sideline products and a bulk commodity distributing center.

VI Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast
After the project is put into production, the sales revenue will increase 10 billion CNY per year, and the profit will achieve 1 billion CNY.
