Laoling Circular Economy Demonstration Park is the only park whose theme is circular economy in the Yellow River Delta Efficient Ecological Economic Zone. The total planned area of the project is 78 square kilometers, and the core promoting region occupies 20.8 square kilometers. Two industries including circular chemical industry and comprehensive utilization industry of renewable resources are mainly developed in the park, wherein the circular chemical industry mainly comprises petrochemical industry, industry of fine chemicals and new chemical materials, and the comprehensive utilization industry of renewable resources mainly comprises plastic particle processing, recycling of waste and old materials, automotive dismantling and innocent treatment waste household appliance.
IV Construction conditions of the project
The park has passed environment assessment of chemical industrial park, and “nine accesses and one leveling” are basically realized in the park. Industry of fine chemicals, petrochemical industry, chemical industry of rubber and plastic, daily-use chemical industry, coal chemical industry, medicine and chemical industry and industry of renewable resources are mainly developed, and joint venture and cooperation with leading enterprises in domestic and overseas industries shall be strengthened. At present, 29 enterprises have been settled in.
