II  Introduction to the project unit

The Non-ferrous Metals Industiral Park is located in Linqing Economic and Technological Development Zone and takes CNMC Albetter Albronze Co., Ltd., which is the national-level new high-tech enterprise and China top band enterprise, as the leading enterprise. CNMC Albetter Albronze Co., Ltd., a standing director of China Nonferrous Metal Industry Association and the national-level new high-tech enterprise, has become the largest copper pipe processing enterprise of Shandong province. The company possesses the National Enterprise Technical Center, the United Center of National Key Laboratory and the Provincial Academician Workstation. High-precision inner grooved copper tubes of the brand “Ao” are China Famous Band Products, and bright copper tubes of the brand “Ao” are Shandong Famous Band Products. Main business income of this industry in 2012 was 25 billion CNY.

III  Project content and scale of the construction

To encourage the extension of the product chain of  non-ferrous metals industry, our city strives to develop special wires and cables, special enameled wires, electrical appliances, wires for motors and a variety of shaped wire, high-end home appliances and special electrical copper strip and other high-precision products; introduce more high-tech non-ferrous metal processing enterprises by relying on the CNMC Albetter Co., Ltd., develop non-ferrous metal deep-processing products in high starting point, focus on the development of copper foil, copper pipe, high-precision copper strip, alloy train contact line, alloy bars, copper bars, high performance aluminum casting, pipes, bars and other industrial aluminum, transistors, integrated circuits, connectors and other projects.Famous domestic and overseas and central non-ferrous metal manufacturing and parts manufacturing enterprises are introduced into the park, transferred electronic product manufacturing enterprises, non-ferrous metal enterprises such as electric cable and transformer enterprises and non-ferrous metal logistics enterprises can be settled in.

IV  Construction conditions of the project

Non-ferrous metal industry is one of the six leading industries of Linqing with existing total assets being 7.35 billion CNY and employees being 12600. The industry currently has the production capacity to process 220,000 tons of copper, 500,000 tons of silicon steel roll with hot-dipped Al-Zn and color-coated steel roll and manufacture 4,000,000 KW of electric machine annually.
