II Introduction to the project unit
The Sino-American Clean Energy Cooperation Industrial Park is jointly built by Dongying Economic and Technological Development Zone and Dongying Sino-American Clean Energy Cooperative Development Co., Ltd.. Founded in December 2013, Dongying Sino-American Clean Energy Cooperative Development Co., Ltd. is a state-owned company founded by Dongying Economic and Technological Development Zone with registered capital being 50 million CNY, and mainly responsible for construction, management, investment attraction and promotion of the industrial park.
III Project content and scale of the construction
The Sino-American Clean Energy Cooperation Industrial Park focuses on the two industries including clean energy and cleaning of traditional energy, builds three platforms including cleaning technology transfer, clean energy display and demonstration and clean energy innovation, and creates three demonstration areas including a low-carbon business area, an intelligent energy management area and an energy-saving and environment protection area. The Sino-American Cleaning Technology Transfer Center and the Sino-American Enterprise Innovation Mansion (including the clean energy display and demonstration center, the Sino-American enterprise incubation center and the clean energy international communication center) will be mainly constructed.
IV Construction conditions of the project
An industrial park occupying an area of 12 square kilometers is planned in Dongying. Basic supporting infrastructure has been completed, and “nine accessesand one leveling” have been achieved.

VI Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast
In recent period (2015): The demonstration projects will promote construction of the park, cooperation and communication will enlarge brand influence, four support systems will be formed initially, and rapid gathering of clean energy industrial cluster will be promoted. In the medium period (2016-2020): The communication and cooperation platform will be deepened, the demonstration projects will be propagated and popularized, the four support systems will be perfected, and the clean energy industrial cluster will be formed.
