II  Introduction to the project unit

Yicheng District, Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province is located in the south of Shandong Province, which stands on the transitional zone between eastern coastal and western inland hinterland. It is adjacent to Bohai Sea Economic Circle in the east, central plains hinterland in the west, Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone in the south and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Metropolitan Area in the north. Beijing-Taiwan Highway, Lanshan-Caoxian Highway, National Road 206 and The Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal--“Golden Waterway” pass though this area. Yicheng is between Beijing and Shanghai, the high speed rail station, Zaozhuang Station is 2.5 hours’ distance both to Beijing and Shanghai. The convenient transportation, beautiful environment, simple folkway and pleasant climate have provided superior conditions for the development of endowment leisure industry.

III  Project content and scale of the construction

This project is located in the Fairy Cave Scenic Spot. The total planning area is about 3.5 square kilometers. It is divided into 9 areas, including entrance reception area, mountain livable health maintenance area, mountain livable nursing and therapy area, mountain livable sitting room comprehensive service area and leisure agriculture park, etc.

IV  Construction conditions of the project

The comprehensive medical endowment rehabilitation organization with area occupancy of 185 mu--Zaozhuang Xianshan Nursing Home which is constructed according to Level II hospital with approval of the superior health department, and the comprehensive luxury resort with area occupancy of 150 mu--Dongfang Yiyuan Relaxed Holiday Village which is constructed according to five-star standard, have been completed and put into operation.

With the rapid accelerating of the population aging rate in China, the endowment task is worsening. The endowment industry has certainly become a rising industry and also a national key support project. With the positioning in the middle and high-end market of endowment industry, this project stands on Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai, etc. surrounding economic circle with 2.5 hours’ distances to promote and develop endowment industry, and to satisfy the increasing social demand.
