II  Introduction to the project unit

Located in the middle of Shandong Province and west foot of Mount Taishan, Feicheng has the total area of 1,277.3 square kilometers and the total population of 985,800. In 2013, it ranked 43^rd in top 100 of basic economic competitiveness among national counties, 48^th in top 100 of comprehensive strength among small and medium-sized cities, 18^th in top 100 of those with the most investment potential, 4^th in top 100 of those with the most regional driving force and 21^st of China’s best county-level city listed in Forbes.

III  Project content and scale of the construction

The planning area is about 18 square kilometers. It will mainly build endowment core area, rehabilitation villa area, school district, scenic tourist spot, new rural community, ecological field area and high-end planting and breeding area.

IV  Construction conditions of the project

The project location has both beautiful environment and pleasant weather, which is adjacent to national forest park--Niushan Scenic Spot in the north and there is Kangwang River Ecological Protection Zone in the south. The whole project area has beautiful natural environment, picturesque scenery, warmhearted people and complete infrastructure supporting.

VI  Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

After the project is put into production, sales revenue in amount of 200 million Yuan will be newly increased each year and the profit in amount of 60 million Yuan can be achieved.
