II  Introduction to the project unit

Located in Yintan Tourism Resort, Rushan City, Hong Kong Xinming International (Rushan) Elderly Health Management Service Company has the total investment of 30 million dollars and the registered capital of 19 million dollars, which is jointly established by Rushan Haixin Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Xinming International (Hong Kong) Industrial Co., Ltd. The company is mainly engaged in house construction for the elderly and operation and management of old-age care supporting service facilities. Currently, it has built houses for the elderly with the area of 10,000 square meters, with 115 rooms and 230 beds for the elderly.

III  Project content and scale of the construction

Development of medical rehabilitation project, spa service project, high-end endowment industry. The first is the medical rehabilitation project. Currently, it has reached cooperation agreement with Shanghai Changhai Hospital, Huayi Hospital and other medical institutions. With continuous improvement of regional medical conditions, it has preliminarily formed the medical integration advantage. The second is the spa service project. Currently, Tianrun, Xiaotang, Yihe Bajiashanshui, Duofushan are being developed for hot spring resources, which are suitable for building different types of hot spring resort products, hot spring baths and hot spring therapy project. The third is the high-end endowment industry. The real estate development area in Yintan, Rushan has reached 20 million square meters, which has abundant resources of real estate for healthy maintenance industry development.
