II Introduction to the project unit
Located in the southeast of Haoyunjiao Tourist Resort, Mashan Island Leisure Wellness Area Development Project covers an area of 13 square kilometers, the water area of Yangyuchi Bay is 4.8 square kilometers, and the surrounding coastline is about 19,000 long. It is near the national wild whooper swans protection base--Swan Lake at Chengshan Town, which is surrounded by sea in the north, east, south and southwest, and the west side is adjacent to the land. Relying on good natural economic resources, and with the sun-facing health maintenance as the main part, it is planned to build the internationally renowned free health maintenance island, low-carbon tourism demonstration area integrating leisure and vocation, international conference, festival activities and modern beauty, etc.

It will build resort hotel, conference and exhibition center, ocean club, health maintenance and beautifying, high-grade villa appartement group, etc.
IV Construction conditions of the project
Phase I of Mashan Island Leisure Wellness Area Development Project can directly use the land of about 2,000 mu. The project area has both mountain and sea, with unique scenery and free from insanity. And it is adjacent to national wild whooper swans protection base--Swan Lake, national AAA-level scenic spot in the north, which has superior natural conditions.

VI Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast
After the project is put into production, sales revenue in amount of 200 million Yuan will be newly increased each year and the profit in amount of 50 million Yuan can be achieved.
