Rehabilitation Center Construction Project of “Three-river Two-water One-lake” Eco-culture Area, Boxing County, Binzhou City
II Introduction to the project unit
Boxing County Party Committee and Government have established “Three-river Two-water One-lake” Eco-culture Area Construction Headquarter to be responsible for construction work of rehabilitation center. The Headquarter sets up office, which includes planning designing section, engineering section, movement and occupancy section, bidding section, audit section, supervision section, finance section, public security office, project management corporation and other organization.
III Project content and scale of the construction
The project covers an area of totally 69,200 square meters. Phase I outpatient medical ward complex building covers an area of 10,600 square meters and the total building area is 75,400 square meters (including the ground building area of 58,500 square meters and the underground building area of 16,900 square meters, with 2 ward buildings, outpatient medical complex building, logistics supply building, administration building, ground parking lot, boiler room, oxygen supply station, morgue, sewage treatment station and other auxiliary facilities).
IV Construction conditions of the project
This project is constructed based on upgrading and reconstruction of People’s Hospital of Boxing County, which is an important project to alleviate people’s difficulty of getting medical service, to narrow the gap in development with hospitals of the surrounding counties and cities, and to match with economic development of the whole county. It has been confirmed as key project on 12th congress of party representatives of Boxing County.

After completion of the project, it can not only greatly improve the medical and health conditions of the county to provide people with more high-quality and convenient medical services, but also can provide an ideal place for the elderly’s endowment, rehabilitation and leisure to ensure they have good health, good mood, pleasant life and happily enjoy old age.
