As an advanced county for the sate scientific and technological progress, Juye County is located in the southwest of Shandong Province, which has superior location, convenient transportation and rich resources as well as mutually supporting multimodal system of road, railway, aviation. The Provincial Industrial Park, High-tech Chemical Industrial Park, Lingang Industrial Park and other park have realized rapid development. The supporting capacity for key industries, such as energy and chemical industry, bio-pharmaceutical, new building materials, mechanical and electrical equipment manufacturing, commercial logistics, agricultural and sideline product processing, etc., is increasingly enhanced. As a service institution to cultivate and foster high-tech middle and small-sized enterprises, the high-tech business incubator is the key support direction of Shandong Province and Heze City which have launched a series of preferential policies.

The technology business incubator covers 100 mu, with the research and development center of 12,000 square meters of building area, 20,000 square meters of incubator workshop; it’s mainly used for the development, design, etc. of small technology-based firms, and can incubate 200 companies.
