The project company is Linyi Infotop Network Co., Ltd., which was founded in 1999 with RMB 20 million Yuan of registered capital. It is mainly engaged in technology research and development of Internet of Things, software research and development, and large-scale and intelligent engineering design and construction business, etc. The company possesses two provincial grade research and development platforms: RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) Engineering Technology Center and Software Engineering Technology Center. It is a high-tech enterprise at the provincial level, the great software company in Shandong province, and the key enterprise in the information service industry in Shandong province.

III Project content and construction scale

Its construction content mainly consists of the R&D Center (research and development center), convention center, business incubator for science and technology enterprises, trainning base for software talents, and the complementary service facilities. In addition, by taking the supporting of the the R&D Center , the company is trying to establish a cloud computing center and an Internet of Things exhibition hall.

The total investment of the project is RMB 565.90 millionYuan, the total area of the project is 9.1012 hectares, including 127,968.78 square meters of construction area, 100,114 square meters of above ground floor area and 27,854.78 square meters of under ground floor area.
