II  Introduction to the project unit

Founded in March 1999, the company has the registered capital of 1.643 billion Yuan. It is a large enterprise group which takes wholesale of pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, biological products, health care products and other products, retail chain, pharmaceutical production and research and development as well as related value-added services as the core business. It has been successfully listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2010. By the end of June 30, 2014, the company had total assets of 22.214 billion Yuan, employees of nearly ten thousand, more than 100 subsidiaries, more than 816 stores for direct sales and participation in retail chain pharmacies. In 2013, the operating income reached 33.438 billion Yuan and the taxes paid was over 500 million Yuan.

III  Project content and scale of the construction

The project covers an area of 20 mu and a total construction area of 18947.5 square meters.It mainly includes 2 cultivation buildings and 2 standard plants. For the cultivation building, the building area for single floor is about 750㎡ and the column space is 6.6*7.8m, a total of 5F. 1F is 6m high, 2-3F is 4.5m and 4-5F is 3.9m. The total building area for single building is about 3,950㎡. While for the standard plant, the building area for single floor is about 1,100㎡ and the column space is 8.0*7.5m, a total of 5F. 1F is 4.8m high, 2F is 4.5m and 3-5F is 4.2m. The total building area for single building is about 5,500㎡.

IV  Construction conditions of the project

The project is located at intersection of Shuangyuehu Road and Keyuan Road of Linyi (National) High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Shandong Province. The electronic information industry is one of seven strategic emerging industries in Linyi. Currently it has gathered Zhongtong Feiyan, Jinxing Machine Tool, Hisense Electronic, Yiguang Electronic, COP Electronic and other enterprise, with huge potential.
