Located in Yantai, the company is devoted to industrial real estate market expansion in Yantai and Shandong Province, thus to carry on comprehensive services, such as investment, development, sales, operation, property management, commercial property leasing, etc.

C Y Foundation (Yantai) Investment Co., Ltd. undertakes the construction and operation of ‘C Y Cultural Creative Information Industrial Park’. Based on Yantai in Shandong Province, it will achieve the important mission of taking Yantai project as exhibition center, investment center, regional headquarters, settlement center, product research and development center, training center and one of national resource integration centers for group configuration to radiate surroundings.

III  Project content and scale of the construction

Established in Fushan District, Yantai City, with knowledge-intensive economy industry as the leading, C Y Cultural Creative Information Industrial Park strives to build Asian innovation industry engine and build Yantai’s enterprise influence core in the future. Located at intersection of Futao Road and Ziguang Road, Fushan District, Yantai City, the main building form of the project is garden single-family office and office building customization. The project has the investment volume of 1 billion Yuan and covers an area of 228 mu, with the building area reaching 200,000 square meters.
