Founded in August 2013, Shandong Zhongke Park Development Co., Ltd. has the registered capital of 30 million Yuan, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Keda Group Co., Ltd.

III  Project content and scale of the construction

The project covers an area of 398 mu and the building area is 320,000 m², which consists of four major function areas, namely standard plant area, customized plant area, warehousing logistics area and central service area. It is planned to construct standard plant, customized plant and warehousing logistics center, and to build an industrial cluster integrating clean energy, petroleum related industry, electronic information, biotechnology, etc. The project strives to build the specialized physical space with free combination and five service platforms, including investment and financing services, small and medium-sized enterprises professional services, technology transfer, facility management.
