II  Introduction to the project unit

This project is invested and constructed jointly by Beicai Education Group of Beijing and China Day Qu Group. Beicai Education Group of Beijing is an education group integrating vocational higher education and vocational skills certification education, with subordinates of higher education research institute, education department, etc. and related company, which consists of five branch institutes, such as E-commerce Management College, etc. Registered in 2010 in the national industrial and commercial bureau, China Day Qu Group is a comprehensive group company which is mainly engaged in real estate development, commerce circulation, processing and manufacturing. It has the fixed assets of 500 million Yuan, the annual gross domestic product of 1 billion Yuan, the profits and taxes of 100 million Yuan, the existing employees of more than 800, which is one of the largest private enterprises in Zaozhuang City.

III  Project content and scale of the construction

In order to further achieve intensive and economical land utilization, develop building economy and realize “industrial park upstairs”, the revitalization of E-commerce Center project adopts the comprehensive building idle for many years of China Day Qu Group. Located in east of Wuyishan Road and north of Guangming Road, this project covers an area of 84 mu, with the total building area of about 90,000 square meters, and it plans to build e-commerce service center. The project covers e-commerce talent training center, e-commerce entrepreneurial platform, call center, e-commerce science and technology silicon valley park, e-commerce entrepreneurship cultivation base and other content, which can provide all-around services for talents training, employment, enterprises cultivation for e-commerce enterprises in Zaozhuang and surrounding area.

IV  Construction conditions of the project

With complete certificates for project land, planning, etc., currently the main project has been completed. It is expected to complete indoor and outdoor decoration, station of e-commerce enterprise and training institution, publicity and admission in the first half of 2015, while to achieve personnel training, e-commerce enterprise cultivation in the second half of 2015.

VI  Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

After full operation of E-commerce Center project, according to the estimation, the stationed e-commerce and relevant tenant enterprises will reach more than 500; the annually trained e-commerce related talents will reach more than 3,000; the annually cultivated e-commerce enterprises will reach more than 100; the annually realized profits and taxes will reach more than 100 million Yuan.
