II Brief introduction to the project undertaker

The undertaker of this project - Zibo Xuwen Lehui Investment Management Co., Ltd., established in 2014 with  registered capital of RMB 100 million Yuan, is a subsidiary of Guangdong Hengquan Medical Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (“GHMST” for short ) in Zibo. GHMST is a professional medical enterprise engaging in the R&D and sale of medical drugs, devices and technologies, the construction and development of medical industrial parks as well as medical investment and management. Its business scope covers sectors like medical devices, medical consumables, drug agent and biological genetic testing. It has 12 independent subsidiaries and realized a sales revenue of RMB 1.3 billion Yuan in 2013. It has over 300 employees and 5 national key medical projects.

III Project content and construction scale

This proposed location of this project is Yiyuan new and high-tech medical industrial park where production workshop, laboratory & sewage processing system, warehouse, comprehensive building, substation, canteen and other auxiliary facilities will be built. The planned construction area of exhibition hall and hotel training center is about 84,040 square meters, logistics and transaction center about 146,740 square meters, scientific supporting center about 120,060 square meters and production base about 110,050 square meters.

IV Construction conditions of the project

This project is planned to be built in Yiyuan new and high-tech industrial park where affiliated facilities such as road, water, electricity, gas and telecommunication can meet the project’s requirements. Currently, the project has completed  procedures of  project proposal,  land aquisition and programming, and environment impact report.

VI Market and economic benefic analysis and forecast

After put into operation, the Medical Enterprises Cultivation Industrial Park is estimated to reach an annual turnover of over RMB 2 billion Yuan while an annual profit and taxes of over RMB 20 million Yuan, It will provide more than 3,000 jobs and accelerate the development of over 20 associated industries like R&D, logistics, manufacturing and trade.
