II Brief introduction to the project undertaker
The project is led by Jinan Science and Technology Bureau, and supported by local departments namely: Ecomomic and Information Commission, Development and Reform Commission, the Management Center of Investement and Financing in Western Area, Changqing District Government,etc.
III Project content and construction scale
The planning area covers about 70 square kilometers, including the whole area of Changqing University Science &Technology Park. Its core region will occupy an area of 12.4 square kilometers, and 5 million square meters will be constructed into office buildings for science research and production. The Park consists of the following four characteristic industrial areas: the central area for product R&D (research and development) and business incubator, the industrial area for embedded software and digital equipment, the industrial area for information and communication and the internet of things, and the industrial area for service outsourcing and cultural creativity.
IV Construction conditions of the project
Now there are following projects that are under construction: business incubator that covers an area of 450,000 square meters, accelerator that covers an area of 720,000 square meters, Uniscom Science and Technology Park, and Shandong Industrial Technology Research Institute, etc.

VI Market and economic benefic analysis and forecast
With about 5 years’ hard working, we are striving to build a software industry area that covers an area of 3.6 million square meters. The software industry will employ 135,000 workers with the software business income up to RMB 54 billionYuan. It shall consists of more than 2,000 software enterprises, including 5 enterprises with assets of over RMB 1 billionYuan, and 50 enterprises with assets of over RMB 100 million Yuan, Over 100 enterprises' assets are over RMB 10 millionYuan. In addition, we will build a batch of high standarded business incubators, accelerators, public service platforms, and apartments for talented people . We are endeavoring to create the core area of Jinan as a “Famous Software City in China”.
