II Introduction to the project unit

Zaozhuang Zhongke Chemical Co., Ltd. is the only state-holding large-scale chlorine alkali chemical enterprise invested by Shandong Zhongtai Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd. in Zaozhuang. Located in Zhongtai Fine Chemical Industrial Park of Shizhong District, Zaozhuang City, it was incorporated in 2009 with the registered capital 20 million Yuan. Zhongtai Fine Chemical Industrial Park is invested and constructed by Shandong Zhongtai Group, and covers a total planning area of about 3,000 mu. In March 2012, the park got the approval of "outside area park" of Zaozhuang Economic Development Zone from Department of Commerce of Shandong Province.

III Project content and scale of the construction

The project focuses on the development of three downstream industry chains of chlorine, hydrogen and alkali, and plans 13 chlor-alkali downstream integration projects with high added value and strong competitiveness. 300,000 tons/year caustic soda project has been put into production. The next step will introduce: 30,000 tons of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) with a total investment of 440 million Yuan, 120,000 tons of methane chloride (including tetrachlorethylene) with a total investment of 660 million Yuan, 40,000 tons of paste resin (PPVC) with a total investment of 870 million Yuan, 90,000 tons of trichlorosilane with a total investment of 650 million Yuan, 40,000 tons of TCE with a total investment of 150 million Yuan, 20,000 tons of chloroacetic acid with a total investment of 120 million Yuan, 100,000 tons chlorinated benzene with a total investment of 130 million Yuan, 100,000 tons of hydrogen peroxide (27.5%) with a total investment of 130 million Yuan, 3,000 tons of polysilicon with a total investment of 190 million Yuan, 50,000 tons ADC foaming agent with a total investment of 520 million Yuan, 120,000 tons of inorganic silicon with a total investment of 73 million Yuan and other projects.

IV Construction conditions of the project

The next step will take two 300,000 tons/year caustic soda projects as leaders, depend on inorganic fine chemicals, integrate upstream and downstream industries, combine salt and coal chemical, strive to use 5-8 years to complete 8.7 billion Yuan investment, and achieve the output target of 10 billion Yuan.

VI Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

After all planned projects of the park are completed and put into operation, the park will realize annual sales revenue of 13.6 billion Yuan, profits and taxes of 2.39 billion Yuan.
