II Introduction to the project unit

Shandong Tiancheng Wanfeng Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. mainly produces dozens of varieties of three major series, such as paper chemicals, agricultural pharmaceutical intermediates, hygienic pesticides and so on. The products are sold throughout the country and exported to North America, Europe, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions. From 2009 to 2011, the world's giant of papermaking additive and water treatment chemicals, Finland - Kemira invested $35 million for the joint venture with Tiancheng Chemical, and set up "Kemira Tiancheng Chemicals (Yanzhou) Co., Ltd.", to lay the foundation for building AKD world brand and the manufacturing enterprise with the world's largest total amount.

III Project content and scale of the construction

The total investment of the project is about 7.5 billion Yuan, which will be completed in three phases according to the overall planning. The construction scale is annual output of 60,000 tons of AKD paper chemicals and 100,000 tons of biological epoxy chloropropane.

IV Construction conditions of the project

The project successively completes the main construction of sixteen monomers, such as gas generating building, air separation, phosgene synthesis, chloride synthesis, AKD workshop and so on, and the installation work of equipment and process piping is in progress.

VI Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

After the project reaches target output, the sales revenue in amount of 20 billion Yuan, and profit and tax in amount of 1.2 billion Yuan will be increased.
