II Introduction to the project unit

Established in 1989, Jinan Mintian Flour Co., Ltd. attaches to Jinan Municipal Grain Bureau, and has registered capital of 23.96 million Yuan, the total assets of 300 million Yuan, sales revenue of 350 million Yuan, the total profits and taxes of 6 million Yuan and more than 270 employees. It is a large-scale state-owned group backbone enterprise integrating grain and oil storage, flour processing, food production, grease processing, grain and oil trade and import and export trade.

III Project content and scale of the construction

The project covers an area of 200 mu, and plans to invest 340 million Yuan, proposes to construct the workshop processing 200,000 tons of flour and storage facilities of processed grain, production lines of 60,000 tons of noodles and ancillary facilities, 30,000 tons of vertical sleeve storage, 7,000 tons of edible oil storage and production and processing facilities of grain and oil, and has the construction area of 94,000 square meters. After the project is completed, Mintian Industrial Park will become a large-scale food industrial park integrating grain and oil processing, food production, grain logistics and international trade.

IV Construction conditions of the project

Currently the land index of 100 mu has been reported to the provincial authorities for approval, the enterprise land replacement companies is in active promotion, and the project planning with an annual output of 200,000 tons of flour and 60,000 tons of noodles has been completed.

V Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

After the project is put into production, the sales revenue in amount of 450 million Yuan will be newly increased per year, and the profit in amount of 50 million Yuan will be achieved.
