II Introduction to the project unit

Rushan Food and Bio-tech Industrial Park is located in the eastern Xujia Town, the core area of Blue Shandong Peninsula Economic Zone – heart land of Qing (dao), Yan (tai) and Wei (hai), with good location. It is the characteristic industrial park led by agricultural products and aquatic products processing industry and mainly constructed by Rushan City, and takes food enterprises as the principal thing. The project authority is Xujia Town People's Government.

III Project content and scale of the construction

1. The main construction content: the supporting of infrastructure construction of the park and the introduction of the project. 2. The construction scale of the project: Rushan Food and Bio-tech Industrial Park relies on the rich seafood and agricultural resource advantages, plays the platform effects of Rushan as the quality safety demonstration area of national exported agricultural products, and builds it into a safe food processing zone with higher popularity at home and abroad. At present, more than 20 enterprises have settled in the park, such as Hualong Food, Zhonglu Fruit Juice, Homey Rongjia Food and so on. The park has 7.28 square kilometers of planning and development area, and the roads, heating, pipelines, and other supporting are being implemented integrated development.

IV Construction conditions of the project

The industrial park infrastructure has been invested $20 million in all, and conducts supporting construction according to the standard of "five connections and one leveling" (water, electricity, road, telecommunications, postal communication and land formation), and has basically completed the seawater pipe network engineering for production and industrial steam ancillary works.
