II Introduction to the project unit

PV in China is an emerging industry, which can ease China's energy shortages, realize energy conservation and emission reduction, improve the living environment, and effectively use solar energy resources and land value. The project construction has great significance to promote and enhance the development of new energy industry, improve the quality and efficiency of economic operation, and enhance the comprehensive national strength and enterprise competitiveness.

III Project content and scale of the construction

The project uses the idle 100,000 square meters (150 mu) of the company’s workshop roof to build 10MW PV compressed air energy storage project in the first phase, with a total construction scale of 35MW PV compressed air energy storage project. In construction projects, PV modules uses polycrystalline silicon solar photovoltaic cell panels, in which 60% (6MWp) of installed capacity is used for melting and casting parts of intermediate frequency furnace; 40% (4MWp) of installed capacity is used for the production of workshop machine.

IV Construction conditions of the project

The project plans to complete the first phase of construction from January 2014 to June 2015. Since the project construction is on the roof of the company's new factory workshop, there is no need for land requisition, and it belongs to an environmental pollution project of the new energy industry supported by the state.

V Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

The project takes use of the workshop roof for installation, without tall obstructions to the south; there is no shelter before and after the PV array, fully saving up the limited land area, complete workshop reuse, no land-use costs, and digging deep the possibility of power generation profits. After the completion of the first phase, the generating capacity of 10 MW/hour, the new increase in operating income in amount of 30 million Yuan, the new increase in profits in amount of 6 million yuan, and taxes in amount of 1.91 million Yuan will be achieved, with significant economic and social benefits.
