Longfu Recycling Energy Scientech Co., Ltd. takes polyester recycling as the main business, has total assets of 1.05 billion Yuan, and covers a total area of 650,000 square meters. The sales revenue achieved 750 billion Yuan in 2013.

III Project content and scale of the construction

The construction area of the project is 238,600 square meters. The project purchases bottle conveyor, drying tower, filtering machine, spinning machine, warp knitting machine, warping machine, slitting machine and other equipment, has proprietary intellectual property rights technology, and forms the production capacity with an annual output of 100,000 tons of renewable polyester filament of functional differentiation, 6 million renewable polyester blankets, and 40,000 tons of renewable warp knitting polyester blankets.

Water, electricity, road, telecommunication and other infrastructures are fully supported in the project area.

V Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

The project uses waste polyester bottle flakes to produce polyester filament yarn and blankets, offers effective solution to the environmental problems of waste bottles, saves oil resources, belongs to a project of resources recycling and comprehensive utilization and an industry encouraged by the state, with broad market prospect. After the project is completed, the annual sales revenue in amount of 2.61 billion Yuan, profits and taxes in amount of 290 million Yuan, and an increase of 2500 jobs will be achieved.
