II Introduction to the project unit

Shandong Weiye New Building Materials Co., Ltd. is the holding company of Shandong Weiye Nickel Industry Co., Ltd., with the registered capital of 100 million Yuan. Its main business scope is the research and development of new building materials. The parent company Shandong Weiye Nickel Industry Co., Ltd. has registered capital of 200 million Yuan, whose main business scope is nickel processing, as well as the production and sales of ferronickel and new nickel complex materials.

III Project content and scale of the construction

The project’s scale of construction is to use industrial solid waste to build green building materials with an annual output of 1 million cubic meters, including an annual output of 400,000 cubic meters of green waste thermal self-insulation wall materials of nickel alloy, 400,000 cubic meters of waste environmentally friendly ultra-fine powders of nickel alloy, and 200,000 cubic meters of environmentally friendly ultra-fine powders. The main construction content includes workshops, raw material storage, finished products warehouse, office building, research and development center, testing center, quality inspection center and so on, and purchase  1,273 units (sets) of nickel slag mill, conveyor, grinding roller pressure station, roots blower, gypsum desulfurization equipment, feeder, compressor and other major equipment and other auxiliary equipment.

IV Construction conditions of the project

The project is in line with the requirements of the development of national building materials industry, and truly solves the technical problems of intractable treatment of ferronickel slag, meanwhile fills the technological gaps in the domestic nickel-iron slag utilization.

V Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

The project can realize circular economy chain in the region, realize comprehensive utilization of resources, and reduce environmental pollution, can make ferronickel slag and other industrial waste residue get comprehensive utilization, meanwhile fill the technological gaps in intractable treatment of ferronickel slag. After the project is completed, the annual sales revenue in amount of 860 million Yuan will be achieved, and 360 new jobs will be offered.
