The park plans to cover an area of 7,000 mu, builds ten subareas, such as plastic granules processing, waste material recycling, vehicle dismantling, innocent treatment of waste household appliances, etc., and creates a complete industrial chain in the aspects of recovery, sorting, dismantling, deep processing of raw materials, end products manufacturing, innocent treatment and so on. The total investment of the project is about 8.5 billion Yuan. After the completion of the park, it can accommodate hundreds of such manufacturing enterprises, and achieve the sales revenue of 14 billion Yuan.

Laoling is the distributing center of renewable resources in northern Shandong and southern Henan. The center recycles 1.7-2 million tons of waste and old materials per year, generates more than 1.5 million units of waste electrical and electronic products, has more than 20 large-scale enterprises, with more than 10,000 employees and the annual sales revenue of over 1 billion Yuan.
