In 2009, Luyuan Electric Vehicles (Shandong) Co., Ltd. was established and put into operation in Shandong Yinan Economic Development Zone, with the annual production capacity of 1 million, and became one of the largest electric bicycle manufacturers in Yinan City, on this basis, in 2012, Shandong Industrial Park of Luyuan Electric Vehicles, covering an area of 1,200 mu, started construction, and in August 2014, the park opened and operated, with the annual production capacity of 2 million.
