II Introduction to the project unit

Founded in 1970, Shandong Xindongyue Group currently has more than 2,400 employees and total assets of 800 million Yuan, covers an area of 600 mu, with the building area of 70,000 square meters. Its main products include over 500 varieties of six series of motorcycle tires, agricultural tires, electric tires, butyl innertubes, color tires and hand cart tires cycle tire, and 200,000 electric cars.

III Project content and scale of the construction

Shandong Xindongyue Group's main products and production capacity: 12 million  motor casings per year, 12 million motorcycle inner tubes per year; 15 million hand cart casings per year, 16 million cycle inner tubes per year; 2.67 million color tires per year; 1 million butyl innertubes per year and 200,000 vacuum meridian electric tires  per year.

IV Construction conditions of the project

1. Chinlon cord of material value; 2. natural rubber; 3. synthetic adhesive; 4. reclaimed rubber, there are obvious advantages to start 100,000 tons of reducing reclaimed rubber project; the equipment uses the newly developed energy saving and environmental friendly equipment of Qingdao Institute of Chemical Technology, with low energy consumption, high efficiency and no pollution.

VI Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

After puting into operation, the project will achieve the annual sales revenue of 500 million Yuan, profit of 30 million and value-added tax of 30 million Yuan.
