II Introduction to the project unit
Formerly known as Power Machinery Works Shengli Petroleum Administration of China Petrochemical Corporation, Shengli Oilfield Shengli Power Machinery Group Co., Ltd., with registered capital of 246 million Yuan, was founded in 1974, and officially put into operation in May 1978. The company has total assets of nearly 2 billion Yuan, and more than 2,500 employees, including more than 600 technical personnel. It is mainly engaged in the research and development, manufacturing and operation services of distributed gas power generation products. The products have independent intellectual property rights, and it is the largest gas engine manufacturer.
III Project content and scale of the construction
The project covers an area of about 241,246 square meters, newly builds R & D test center and processing and assembly manufacturing plants, newly increases advanced laboratory equipment of product research and development, instruments and meters, and key processing, detecting, testing equipment and instruments, uses analogue simulation tools, and reaches the production scale with an annual output of 1.65 million kW (2000 sets) of gas generators. The products are in the leading domestic level, and energy saving and environmental protection products popularized by the country.
IV Construction conditions of the project
The project has completed all procedures and has seven connections and one leveling. At present, the construction of plants and ancillary works is in progress, and parts of plants have been put into operation.

$ 111.29 million
VI Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast
After the project is completed and put into production, the annual sales revenue in amount of 3.3 billion Yuan and the total profit in amout of nearly 300 million Yuan will be realized.
