II Introduction to the project unit

Shanghe Economic Development Zone of Shandong was founded in February 2001, and approved as a province-level development zone by Shandong Provincial People's Government in March 2006. The planned area of the first phase is 24 square kilometers, divided into Chengqu Industrial Park and Shangnan Industrial Park. The infrastructure construction of the development zone has been invested nearly 300 million Yuan. In the zone, the traffic mileage reaches 16 kilometers, forming a road net framework of one ring, four horizontal and six vertical, and achieving eight-accessible and one-leveling in the zone, which constitutes an important part of one senior and three-district north-central industrial area of Jinan City, and an important industrial base in northern Jinan.

III Project content and scale of the construction

Focus on the development of environmental protection and energy-saving product production, circular using of resource, environmental protection and energy-saving research and development and other related industries, establish Shandong district headquarters and new product development and promotion base of environmental protection and energy-saving enterprises; build the base of large-scale warehouse products exhibition trading, logistics distribution and standardized products exhibition trading. Build the platform for new product launch of green building and environmental protection and energy-saving as well as patented technology exhibition, meanwhile construct service facilities matching environmental protection industries. There are a total of 31 plots, 5642.26 mu in all, including 16 plots of environmental protection and energy-saving materials and equipment industrial base of Shangnan Industrial Park, 3782.36 mu in all; and 15 plots of environmental protection and energy-saving materials and equipment industrial base of Urban Industrial Park, 1859.9 mu in all. It is planned to focus on the introduction of environmental protection and energy-saving product production, circular using of resource, environmental protection and energy-saving research and development and other related enterprises.

IV Construction conditions of the project

Shangnan Industrial Park of Shandong Shanghe Economic Development Zone is 15 kilometers south of Shanghe County, 50 kilometers north of the provincial capital of Jinan, 35 kilometers from Jinan International Airport, west of Provincial Road 248, and 5.5 kilometers east of the exit (G2) of Jile Expressway. The transportation is very convenient.

V= Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

Shandong Shanghe Economic Development Zone has 25 manufacturers of environmental protection and energy-saving materials and products, and more than 40 related supporting enterprises, including a large number of high-tech enterprises. Leading products include new energy (solar energy and geothermal) related materials and products, such as electric light source, solar glass, solar energy isolating tubes and so on; related products of environmental protection and energy-saving equipment, such as ground-source heat pumps, sewage treatment equipment, desulfurization and denitration and other environmental protection equipment; related products of solid waste resource utilization, such as biomass and garbage power and so on. More than ten provincial and municipal (engineering) technology centers have been completed.
