II Introduction to the project unit

The Industrial Park of Hong Kong and Taiwan is invested by Tengzhou Urban State-owned Assets Management Corporation. Located in the south of Shandong Province, Tengzhou City has obvious advantage of traffic location. Through more than 50 years, the machine building industry of Tengzhou has become a competitive industry with a wide variety of brands, complete industrial categories and strong competitiveness, and has successively been awarded "New Industrialization Demonstration Base of Shandong Province" and "China’s Top 50 Industrial Cluster Brands", and named the only "China’s Medium and Small Machine Tools World" by China Machinery Industry Federation. The Industrial Park Project of Hong Kong and Taiwan invested by Tengzhou Municipal People's Government covers a total area of 367 mu and the estimated construction area of 128,000 square meters.

III Project content and scale of the construction

Covering 367 mu of land, the project has 128,000 square meters of newly-built plants and other infrastructure, builds precision CNC machine tools, high-end CNC hydraulic machine, automotive service set, machine tool parts and other high-end products and accessories, and it is expected to produce 100,000 pieces (sets) of precision machine tools and accessories per year.

IV Construction conditions of the project

The project has been invested 150 million Yuan, and basically completed the construction of plants and supporting facilities. The project is divided into two parts: Mechanical Industrial Park (221 mu) that has completed 14 plants, main and ancillary construction of office building, dormitory and so on; and west of Xinyuan Thermoelectricity (146 mu) that has completed 2 plants and main and ancillary construction of office building.

$ 130 million

VI Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

After the project is put into production, sales revenue in amount of 756 million will be newly increased each year and the profit in amount of 78 million can be achieved.
