II Introduction to the project unit

Located in Shanting Economic Development Zone and established in 2008, Shandong Lunan Huayuan CNC Co., Ltd. is a state-owned holding high-tech company, the national R&D and manufacturing base of CNC machine tool, and the urban transformation key supported enterprise determined by the provincial government, with the total project investment of 1.08 billion Yuan and registered capital of 25 million Yuan, and covering an area of 300 mu. The company has more than 100,000 square meters of large-scale joint production plant, such as machining production line, CNC assembly line, precision plant, sheet metal center, spraying center, supporting service facilities and so on. It is mainly engaged in plain milling machine and simple CNC products, and the annual output value in amount of 200 million Yuan and sales revenue in amount of 170 million Yuan are achieved.

III Project content and scale of the construction

The project mainly builds three production lines of sheet metal, spraying and precision manufacturing. It is designed to purchase more than 60 sets of Japan MAZAK precision boring mill, Germany precision grinding machine, UK Renishaw measuring machine and other equipment. The main production series of high speed spindle unit, motorized spindle, power turret, sheet metal (internal and external protection) have huge development space. The main equipment of machining production line includes 1 Nicholas bed-type vertical & horizontal milling machine, 1 Shanghai heavy slideway grinding machine, 1 Bulgaria machining center, 2 gantry machining centers, and 2 CNC borings. The line is the first-class domestic machining production line; the main products of CNC assembly line include vertical and horizontal machining center, HYV1060, HYV1580, rigid mills HYV1370 and HYV740 innovatively researched by introducing Japanese technology and other digital products.

IV Construction conditions of the project

Currently the project has machining and assembly lines as well as independent intellectual property rights of Huayuan. TMC25 lathe-mill cutting center project is included in the national first piece (set) of technology and equipment support project in key areas of Shandong Province, and listed on technological innovation projects in Shandong Province together with HYV1370 vertical machining center research project.

VI Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

After the project is put into production, the sales revenue in amount of 900 million Yuan will be newly increased per year, and the profit in amount of 240 million Yuan will be achieved.
