with registered capital of 100 million Yuan, is mainly engaged in investment in construction, manufacturing, energy, transport and communications industry with its own funds; foundation engineering; real estate development and leasing; property services; project management; petroleum engineering; oil equipment research and development (excluding production); warehouse service (excluding hazardous goods) and other business.

III Project content and scale of the construction

The first-phase project covers a total area of 517,000㎡ (about 775 mu), a total construction area of about 334,900㎡, and it is divided into three major functional blocks. The Petroleum Science and Technology Park Project implements the development mode of unified planning and step-by-step implementation.
