II Brief introduction to the project undertaker

Shandong Huachen Heavy Machine Tool Co., Ltd., founded in 2010, is an enterprise integrating the R&D, manufacturing, sales and services of heavy CNC lathes, with the registered capital of 206 million Yuan. The main products include vertical and horizontal machining center, CNC vertical lathe, and CNC boring and milling machine. The company has Dongying City’s CNC Horizontal Precision Milling and Boring Machine Engineering Laboratory, and cooperate with Harbin Institute of Technology to jointly establish enterprise technology center, industrial design center and practical teaching and training base.

III Project content and construction scale

The project, covering an area of 28 ha, newly builds heavy processing and assembly workshop, processing and assembly workshop, office and scientific research building and other subsidiary facilities. The project is to introduce advanced foreign equipment such as CNC planer type milling machine, precision guide rail and plane grinding machine, CND guideway grinder, etc, and purchase corresponding home equipment to build a manufacturing project with the annual output of 1,060 heavy-duty CNC machine tools. 

IV Construction conditions of the project

The construction of plants in the first phase project has been completed. The equipment has been installed and adjusted, and the trial production has started.

Upon completion, the project will reap an annual sales revenue (with taxes) of RMB 4.473 billion Yuan, sales tax and extra charges of RMB 23.59 million Yuan, VAT of RMB 214.47 million Yuan, and total profits of RMB 377.23 million Yuan.
