II Introduction to the project unit

Established in October 1992, Zhucheng Economic Development and Investment Corporation is a state-owned enterprise, and has registered capital of 320 million Yuan and total assets of 9.6 billion Yuan. Its business scope includes financing investment, municipal infrastructure construction, state-owned asset management and operation, urban fund management, land development, entrepreneurial business and industrial investment consultation.

III Project content and scale of the construction

The total planning area of the park is 50 square kilometers, which is planned to build productive industry area, service industry area, coastal living and ecological reserve. Covering 5.6 square kilometers, the starting zone is located in the southernmost point of the industrial area. It ends in the border between the town and Jiaonan City in the south, Shanah Road in the north, East Taoyuan in the east, and Songyuan Village in the west. The high-end industrial area, comprehensive service and living area, modern manufacturing industry area, warehouse logistics area and logistics processing area are planned to be built. After the park is completed, the annual operating income in amount of 3.6 billion Yuan and profits in amount of 360 million Yuan are estimated to be achieved.

VI Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

Located in the south end of Taolin Town, Zhucheng City, the demonstration zone borders on Qingdao, Weifang and Rizhao, which is 30 km away from Dongjiakou Port, 35 km away from Rizhao Port, 70 km away from Lanshan Port and 80 km away from Qingdao port. Located in the radiation scope of four port groups, it is the shipping center of Northeast Asia. In the zone, provincial roads and regular roads connect the north and the south, 10 km away from Tongsan Expressway, 30 km away from Ridong Expressway, and 12 km away from the national highway (G204). The zone has superior traffic and geographic location, radiating Shandong Peninsula and Circum-Bohai Sea Economic Zone, and has large development space and good expected economic benefits. After the project is completed, relying on Dongjiakou Port, radiated and driven by the former Qian (wan) ri (zhao) lan (shan) Port, it will be built into the most dynamic and competitive modern logistics node and Lingang high-end industrial base in the Blue Economic Zone.
