II Introduction to the project unit

Taikai Group Co., Ltd. ("Taikai Group" for short) was established in December 2002. At present, all companies of the Group have registered capital of 3.3 billion Yuan. The business scope includes the production, installation, marketing, maintenance and related technical services of power transmission & transformer, business management consulting services, the export business of its products and the import business of mechanical equipment, spare parts and raw materials required by the company.

III Project content and scale of the construction

Founded in May 2004, the national-level distinctive industrial base project of power transmission & transformer of Taikai is located in the southern district of Tai'an Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone. The project includes 252 kV breaker and intelligent composite apparatus project, low voltage switchboard project, 500 kV EHV mutual inductor project, 550 kV EHV disconnector project, double-million transformer project, energy-efficient wind power special box substation project, 500 kV intelligent EHV transformer project, 750 kV EHV crosslinked cable and special cable project, 550 kV EHV switch project as well as nuclear power switchgear project and petroleum equipment project under construction. It is expected that all project construction will be completed in 2015, and by the time, the distinctive industrial base project of power transmission & transformer will be built into the largest in the country.

The project covers a total land area of about 2,800 mu, and the planned total construction area is 700,000 square meters.

VI Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

About 6 billion Yuan is invested in the entire project, and the investment plan is implemented step by step. After all the projects reach target output, the sales revenue in amount of 11 billion Yuan will be achieved, and taxes in amount of 900 million Yuan will be paid. Currently the UHV and smart grid construction in China is in full swing, and the prospect of power accessory product industry is still optimistic. Taikai Group is China’s well-known enterprise in the field of power transmission product manufacturing; its comprehensive economic strength is in the forefront of the industry, and stands in the first place in the same industry of Shandong Province for many years. The Group's products have been sold to all provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions of mainland China, and exported to more than forty countries and regions, such as Russia, India, Poland, Pakistan, Africa, South America and so on.
