II Brief introduction to the project undertaker
Shandong Haoan Jinke
New Material Co., Ltd., founded in 2010, is the industrialization base for
special metal materials of Metal Research Institute (Rushan) of China Academy
of Science. The company mainly produces parts such as special alloy steel blank,
combined frogs for railway, brake discs for high-speed train and brake discs
for automobiles. These products are widely used in industries such as marine
engine parts, wind power generating equipment and high-speed railway equipment,
and the technology has reached the international advanced level.
III Project content and construction scale
Planned total building
area is 103,976 square meters. The investment is divided into two stages. The
first-stage investment is 300 million Yuan which mainly includes the
constructions of a heat treatment workshop of 25,783 square meters for cast
steel, a forging shop of 11,124 square meters, a material storage of 1,220
square meters, a scientific research center of 5,137 square meters, a staff
restaurant and dormitories of 14,715 square meters and a 35KV supply station of
1000 square meters. At present, the forging and processing shops have been put
into production.

at economic development zone of Rushan where the infrastructure including
water, electricity, natural gas, road and network is fully furnished.

When the project
reaches the design capacity, the annual output of steel ingot blank is 30,000
tons, newly increased sales income is 750 million Yuan, the profit is 126
million Yuan and after-tax profit is 107.1 million Yuan.
