II Brief introduction to the project undertaker

Shandong Bunse Elevator Co., Ltd. was founded on January 10, 2007 with registered capital of 50 million Yuan and total assets of 127.98 million Yuan. Its principal business includes manufacturing, installation, improvement and maintenance of passenger elevators, freight elevators, dumb waiters, escalators and moving walks as well as sales of elevator accessories. Manufacturing qualification of the company is AA level. The company achieved sales income in amount of 120 million Yuan, profit and taxes in amount of 14.4 million Yuan in 2013.

III Project content and construction scale

A high-speed PMSM-driven elevator traction machine production workshop covering an area of 20,000 square meters is newly built, 50 special production facilities  are purchased, along with 4 automatic production lines, 3 automatic production lines for high-performance elevator guide rails, 1 production line for solid guide rails, 1 production line for counter-weight hollow guide rails, 1 production line for escalator guide rails and 2 production lines for elevator door motors so that the production scale can reach to 10,000 novel intelligent elevators per year.

IV Construction conditions of the project

The company, possessing a high-standard plant covering an area of 60,000 square meters, a product display center and a hectometer-high elevator testing tower, is a new high-tech enterprise and the municipal-level enterprise technical center. It has obtained 13 patents for proprietary intellectual property rights and 4 provincial-level scientific and technological achievements. The academician Tang Renyuan has founded an academician work station and the company has built a university-industry research base along with Shandong  Architecture University.
