II Introduction to the project unit

Founded in 1956, the company has 27 national patents, and 13 Science and Technology Progress Awards. The company is a high-tech enterprise of Shandong Province. It mainly produces new type CNC vertical lathe of 1.6m -20m, multi-way new type CNC boring-milling machine, energy-saving press of 120 tons -100,000 tons, one-piece large ductile casting and steel casting of less than 400 tons, versatile heavy CNC horizontal lathe, universal CNC processing machine and other products. The company has independently researched more than 30 kinds of new products, such as universal bender and cutting machine exported to the US, ductile iron connector exported to Germany and so on.

III Project content and scale of the construction

The project designs to produce 600 sets of multi-way CNC boring-milling machine (vertical lathe machining center), 600 sets of new type CNC vertical lathe (complicating machine-tool from lathe and mill), 400 sets of versatile heavy CNC horizontal lathe, 200 sets of universal heavy CNC processing machine, and 200 sets of CNC energy-saving forging hydraulic press.

IV Construction conditions of the project

The company has one-piece ductile casting of 300 tons and heat treatment workshop, and leading domestic processing workshop of cutting, surface plating and quenching treatment of heavy machinery with single cylinder press of 2200 mm in diameter and double-column vertical lathe bench of 26m in diameter, and sealing ring manufacturing.

VI Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

The four categories of tools developed by the company are power tools used for large-scale workpiece processing, which have original product design and reasonable structure, receive praise from users, and have broad market prospect. After the project is put into production, the annual sales revenue in amount of $830 million, annual revenue in amount of $60 million, and annual profit in amount of $130 million will be achieved.
