II Introduction to the project unit
The company owns four core businesses of agricultural machinery,
engineering machinery, high-precision casting and high-end hydraulic pressure.
It is a national large-scale high-tech enterprise integrating production,
research and development, and sales, Top 100 Enterprises of China Machinery
Industry, and has nine subsidiaries, such as Changlin Deutz-Fahr, Changlin
Agricultural Equipment, Chang Lin Casting Industry and so on. It is the world's
largest walking tractor manufacturing base, has 5600 employees, covers 1.5
million square meters of land, and has total assets of $6 billion. It obtains
124 national patents, and 38 national, provincial and municipal science and
technology progress awards. In 2011, the Group achieved sales revenue in amount
of 4.88 billion Yuan and profits in amount of 240 million Yuan.
III Project content and scale of the
construction
The Industrial Park is
divided into seven districts of comprehensive service district, Changlin
project district, European and American industrial district, domestic project
district, Japanese and South Korean industrial district, modern logistics
district and water-shore residential district according to functions; according
to industry category, the project focuses on building eight industrial bases: modern casting base, high-end hydraulic parts base,
engine base, pump valve industry base, high-end parts base, energy equipment
base, engineering machinery base, agricultural equipment and machinery base.
IV Construction conditions of the project
The Industrial Park
covers an area of 25 square kilometers, mainly takes high-end equipment
manufacturing industrial chain as a leader, covers agricultural machinery,
engineering machinery, high-precision casting, high-end hydraulic pressure and
other leading industries as well as automobile covering parts, engines and
other related infrastructure and supporting industries, and lists on the
provincial high-end equipment manufacturing demonstration park.
