Located in northern Madiao Town, Huimin County, Shandong Xincheng Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Park is built by Shandong Xincheng Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd. that entrusts Agricutral Planning Science and Technology Institute of China Agricultural University for overall planning.

III Project content and scale of the construction

Shandong Xincheng Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Park covers a total area of 14,000 mu, and the construction period is from 2012 to 2016. 200 million Yuan is invested in the first-phase project to mainly build 6,000 m² of seedling shed, and 40,000 m² of intelligent greenhouse. After 3 to 5 years of efforts, it will build ecological, healthful, agricultural and recreational demonstration zone, mechanized production demonstration base, logistics processing trading zone, and modern agricultural science and technology demonstration zone integrating sightseeing tour, ecological endowment, health spa and RV camping.

Water, electricity, road, telecommunication and other infrastructures are fully supported in the project area.

V Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

After the completion and operation of the project, it will have the annual income of 266 million Yuan, and the annual profit of 139 million Yuan. The annual average return on investment is estimated to reach 13.6%, and the static payback time is 7.4 years.
