II Introduction to the project unit

Established in December 2010, Shandong Fengxiang Co., Ltd. has the registered capital of 1.045 billion Yuan, and the existing assets of 7.68 billion Yuan. The company is a large-scale enterprise integrating poultry breeding, chick hatching, broiler feeding, slaughtering and processing as well as cooked products processing and sales, food safety enterprise of overall management from "farm to table", manufacturing enterprise of national franchise halal food, and the national agricultural industrialization key leading enterprise. The sales revenue achieved 3.14 billion Yuan in 2014.

III Project content and scale of the construction

The project mainly builds 33 broiler farms, including 10 broiler farms with the breeding stock of 200,000 and 23 broiler farms with the breeding stock of 400,000; 7 breeder frams with the breeding stock of 441,000 sets of breeders; 1 feed processing plant with an annual output of fodder of 822,000 tons; 2 organic fertilizer processing plants with an annual output of organic fertilizer of 214,400 tons.

IV Construction conditions of the project

The project has been put on records in Liaocheng City Development and Reform Commission; the project competence assessment has been approved by Liaocheng City Development and Reform Commission; the environmental impact assessesment has been approved by the Environmental Protection Agency in Liaocheng City, and the lease land of the project is being handled leasing procedures.

VI =Market and economic benefit analysis and forecast

After fully put into production, the project will realize the annual slaughted broilers of 65.48 million, 441,000 sets of breeder herds, the fodder production of 822,000 tons, and organic fertilizer production of 214,400 tons. The annual sales revenue will achieve 3.428 billion Yuan, and profits of 238 million Yuan.
